Brooke was the only agent during our house hunt that walked us through the entire property, answering questions and clearly as enthusiastic about the place as we were. Don’t recommend dealing with Jessica! She became my property manager by the end of my 14month lease. The most rude and narcissistic in her communication. Just looking for anything to make herself feel bigger and more important. I have felt personally attacked by her, being that I’m a single mum of 3. We have lived in brand new properties and have had no issues with any house until now the most run down house we rented! Absolutely rude saying “anything else you’d like to bring to the table?” Like it’s a power play game to her! Disgusting behaviour! I had to get the RTA dispute team involved to review the entry and exit photos. “Every attempt” yet emails weren’t replied to when I supplied evidence and compensation. All I get is returf the whole lawn, then renovate the pink sink bathroom now it’s recarpet the whole house.

Whatever you do, do not ask to see the house you're going to rent. I asked to see it, then I saw it after having been approved already, I just needed to check some things for my kids safety, and even offered to put in fly screens at my own expense. I was actually logged into my bank about to transfer the bond and 2 weeks rent. I got an email at that moment and said I'm no longer approved as I didn't pay yesterday, even though we agreed I wouldn't pay until seeing it to ensure the paint flakes and other items would be taken care of. I didn't ask for anything unreasonable and in fact offered to do things at my own expense. Petty

Kylie was amazing helping us in the process of buying our first home. She really sold us as buyers to the seller, which ultimately helped us get across the line. During the whole process her communication was impeccable and we would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Cannot thank her enough!
