I have been using the service for over 5 years never had a problem. Friendly staff always happy to help , quick turn around . Highly recommend.

I was devastated when I realised this dry cleaning service put my collection of baseball caps through the wash rather than dry cleaned. Pristine Dry Cleaners promise of restoring all clothing items was not fulfilled, and failed to refund my money and reimburse me for the ruined items.I provided a written complaint in person and by email and have received no response.I will never return, and urge others to use a different service.

Okay so, going through these reviews and seeing a lot of bad reviews in the past 3-4 weeks saying pristine dry cleaners have ruined their clothes and have terrible customer service. I happen to work there. Brendan aikman, is the only person who has had something ruined in the past month, and if we are at fault we admit it. We have amazing customer service, we love our customers. Regulars that have been coming to us for 5+ years couldn’t be happier.We make sure our customers are 100% happy, and if they’re not we try and fix the problem they have. All the people commenting with bad reviews aren’t even in our computer system and happen to be friends with him on Facebook.Just because one bad thing happens to someone, doesn’t mean it happens to everyone!Giving false reviews is illegal. If you don’t believe me, google it!!

I cannot recommend Pristine highly enough. They helped me through an extremely sensitive moment with a very special garment I thought I had lost forever. The compassion, empathy and true professionalism shown to me deserves 100 stars. Thank you ladies.
