GigaComm has been great from the start! The speeds are awesome - I’ve found casting to my TV is quicker and Teams doesn’t drop out on video calls. Their call centre guys have amazing service too. You can definitely feel the difference between them and other ISPs, would highly recommend.

I signed up almost 4 weeks ago, submitted all my details and banking information. Since then, they keep claiming they'll get back to me with an install date. I am constantly chasing them. Follow up emails claim they'll contact me on a specific date, and again nothing. Calling through to the contact centre sometimes works; other times, no one picks up. This company needs to look at their abysmal customer service.

I recently made the switch to GigaComm Internet and, despite some initial connection hiccups, I've been quite satisfied with the overall experience. The support team was incredibly helpful, providing updates and guidance, and now the connection is stable and reliable.The speed advantage over NBN is evident, and it comes at a similar price point. GigaComm has made it effortless to stream, download, and work online.

Honestly never had a better onboarding process with another ISP. Their technician Sam went above and beyond to get me connected. We have weird infrastructure inside my apartment building but he spent over three hours to route cables and get everything working (and at 1000Mbps too!). This is after trying other ISPs (Optus, AussieBroadband) who claimed it wasn't possible to get gigabit.On the speed side, I'm getting 950Mbps, which is pretty damn close to advertised speeds. Super low latency too. Very happy from my previous speeds.

Have used them since they arrived in Pyrmont. I was sceptical, but they delivered from day 1. Their service is quite personal when you need to call. They provide plenty of notice for maintenance and it hasn’t failed yet. Highly recommend.
