Very happy with the service of our dishwasher.

Had Darren come out at the end of April as was having issues with my washing machine. When he came the machine worked and said the next time I have an issue to message him. 2 loads later same glitch happened. Videoed it and took pictures and text messaged as advised. He responded with possibly issue and what to do. Did has he asked and replied with what took place, and that it wasn't working and crickets. No suggestion of coming back for a fix/repair and out $147 just to look at the machine.Will now have to look at someone else, or honestly getting a new machine. Because how many times does one pay $150 before they just call it a day on a possibly good machine?Had wished there was more follow up than there was. But seemed nice and knew his stuff. Went with the company due to their high 5 star review level, but maybe I was expecting more follow up on a possible solution to getting it fixed after working out what the problem actually was.

An excellent experience. My sister, Suzanne Bourke, recommended AOT.Serviceman, Parag, called me earlier to ask if he could visit earlier than the planned 1-4 pm slot. Unfortunately, i was not home so called him.back to.let him.know. Parag phoned me a little later and asked if he could arrive in 15 mins.Very good communication.......for servicemen........lack of communication is usually a real issue with tradesmen. I was very impressed.Once Parag arrived, he was polite and articulate and explained the problem to me.He wasnt rushed, he was polite and respectful.Price was as quoted over phone ( by the way, the woman on the phone when i first called was very polite, friendly, patient, professional).I would most definitely recommend Arrive On Time to others.Gena Cavini

No question asked was not answered. My washing machine is working extremely well and I couldn't be more happy. Hate hand washing. lol.

Mick did arrive on time to fix my smeg oven and was lovely. He explained the problem he promptly fixed it. He was only here for an hour and was really helpful with recommendations on how best to use my oven and what settings work best and information with the easiest and best way to clean my glass door.Easy to book and great service. Highly recommend

Rob came and assessed what was required & that was 6 weeks ago, doesn’t answer his phone & main office was any help either, would NOT recommend wasted $147.00 not happy at all.
