I ordered 3 bunches of balloons for my sons first birthday last week. I arranged to pick them up at 4.30pm on Saturday afternoon ahead of the party early the next morning. When we were setting up for the party the next morning I discovered that every balloon, with the exception of the foil number one ballon had deflated and was unusable! They were literally tiny little balloons. Very disappointed and upset as we effectively had no balloons for his party.Edited in response to owners comment - the assistant didn’t ask me about time period required nor offer helium saver. I did mention the party was the next day at the time of ordering. Contacting you 30 mins before the party (when I found the balloons were deflated) wouldn’t have helped me. Happy for you to contact me to offer me a resolution / refund.

Amazing store, lovely people.Came in a couple of weeks ago for some ideas and ballons for my friends birthday. One of the girls, American with coloured hair helped me out and created a beautiful set up of balloons of various colours. 10/10 service and was patient with me even though I couldn't make up my mind. Great work guys keep it up and definitely coming back again. Also love the costumes, so much variety ❤️
