Iv rented with wheelers. Very nice people to talk to and deal with. Would definately deal with them again.

As a property owner who due to the sale of another agency ended up with Wheelers by default I would not recommend them. I felt I needed to constantly be in contact with them with messages and calls not being responded to in a timely manner. A Very different experience from my dealing with the previous rental manager.Resorted at one stage phoning Reiwa to get in contact.My property sold through them but note on their website it is still showing as being under offer despite settlement going through early Dec 2020.Obviously no one keeping website current with information..Whilst they may be a nice couple I would not recommend as professional real estate agents.Toni Farrellformer York property owner.

Does not return phone calls, messages or emails after days of no reply emailed rewa & then got a reply. Not happy with anything they have to offer especially the service

Was phoning to make an enquiry, during office hours. Neither landline nor mobile phone were answered!!I guess the home wasn't for me, or they missed a sale... no return phn call received a week later!!

I give no stars to Wheelers Real Estate York. WAI advise everyone to stay clear of this agent. Brian and Joyce Wheeler managed our property. After finding out that the property was being trashed by the tenants I took action against Wheeler Estate and reported them to the DMIRS after there investigation they were found to have 11 breaches.1. Failing to complete a final inspection;2. Failing to identify damage to the Property;3. Withholding rental income from the owners;4. Using moneys owed to the owners for the purpose of repairing a doordamaged by the tenant;5. Failing to pay water bills on time;6. Only completing two routine inspections in two years’7. Failing to follow up on rent arrears and failing to inform the owners of thearrears;8. Failing to take any action in relation to two horses abandoned at theProperty;9. Failing to respond to the owners requests for information about the statusof the Property;10.Failing to finalise the bond disposal; and11.Failing to follow the instruction of the owners to take court action to recoverthe bond
