Been waiting 1 hour the vaccination and yet to go in. They have vaccinated a total of 3 people in this time. Just go somewhere else, don't waste your time. Nice guy though.

Just don’t. The amount of mess ups that have happened. Having to call up and bother my busy psychiatrist last minute and harass her to get my medications and always end up having to go without until she can help because they’re unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Terrible customer service. My wife bought two hot water bottles yesterday. We filled them carefully and one leaked at the seal. We checked the date codes - 2018! She returned both today and the lady was very reluctant to give a refund. Rolled her eyes. Only after considerable insistence was a refund give, Complete fail on Customer Service 101 If they are like that with hot water bottles I suggest you check expiry dates on your medication...

I waited for more than 30mins and the chemist just started questioning in the waiting area infront of every one. I thought he would at least let me inside consultation room. It was really very bad service. No one cares how long you have been waiting for. Even people after me were serviced but I had to keep on waiting. It was very rude and no customer service. If I could give zero ratings I would have.

I just got a script from this store and was totally disappointed. While the staff were friendly the service was terrible. I was the only person waiting for a script and there were 4 staff behind the scripts counter and yet it took 20 minutes. Also I was charged $5 more than when I last filled the exact same script (with the same generic/non-genetric choice) atWizards Warwick. The Pharmacist didn't even staple my repeats to the Wizard script cover. I will not be back.
