Waverley Toyota - Service Centre
No good treatment to the customers even though they represent Toyota. I paid them over 30k$ for a brand new car but one tyre was faulty and they blamed me that there is nail, before give them the tyre I checked it and there is no nail at all nor screw. Very bad experience and treatment from Waverley Toyota

After servicing the car at a centre near my house for two years, I decided to go to them as they are close to my office. I found them to be very good. I felt the difference in the car straight away. I'll be giving the car for service to them going forward.

I was absolutely delighted with the professionalism from start to end. When booking for service, she was delightful, when i dropped my car , Mohammed was professional and insightful and listened to me. I finished late so my wife went to pick up the car and she agreed as well. Well done team. I was so happy, my next car has to be Toyota !! Good on you!!

Long waiting period with one month (I bought a new car last month and it has breaking issuer now),also with poor service attitude, especially service manager Anson that he just told me no way, just waiting for a month. I think this behavior is irresponsible for customer, and put my road safety at risk!

I have to mention that their service manager Paul is the master!! He is definitely a champion. He only took a few minutes to solve my car's issue which other mechanics took the whole day but couldn't figure out what the problem was.Thanks again! Paul, you're the best!

Booked in to have the air conditioning checked. The person attending was not keen to have the vehicle looked at. Kept telling me that it might be best to wait till the air conditioning failed completely, then bring it' in. Disappointing attitude from a certified Toyota service center. Genuine Toyota service?

Total rip off, highly not recommended!Charged $211 to tell me the same fault I advised the first day I dropped off the car. Worst customer service ever in my life, as everyone in there office seems to be poking nose in other people’s discussions, GO LEARN SOME MANNERS MATE, and of course you got your lesson already.
