Hi-Trans Express

This company is the transport company for a package I ordered on the 15/10/2021 which has now been in transit for 31 days. The last update I had was the truck had left Sydney on the 04/11/2021. There has been no update since then and apparently the package is still in transit on the truck. Mind you it only takes approx 10hrs to drive from Sydney to Brisbane not 12 days!

A little confusing for a first timer to navigate collection. Make sure you have hi vis and steel caps even if just collecting.Staff are super helpful and very efficient. The warehouse is huge. You enter off the Ipswich Rd service road (Google Maps tells you elsewise)I only collected because I needed it urgently. Have had heaps of deliveries from Hi-Trans and never an issue.

One of the worse logistics companies in Australia. These guys can’t treat anyone right including their own employees. Having known someone who worked there and wasn’t paid due to a family member’s health condition deteriorating. Would stay well clear. Brisbane sight doesn’t even have anyone there with DG training or a first aid officer. Pathetic.

Not sure where the express comes from as they seem to leave consignments in the depot for as long as they feel like it.Don't bother with them as you'll have to wait longer than the original eta would suggest (if they actually had a tracking function on the website).

Called looking for tracking information. The supervisor Leonie answered my call and was exceptionally rude. Told me I KNEW our delivery had been booked with a third party and why was I calling them. They don't even have tracking information for 2 days. Why didn't I call the third-party carrier. Then she hung up on me. If I knew it was booked through a 3rd party I wouldn't have called in the first place. When I called back was told it wasn't up to her to give me the other carrier's details. What should have happened is she could have said, I'm sorry this has travelled with a third party, unfortunalely you'll need to go back to the sender who will have to follow it up for you.

Badly sign posted. Parking is at the rear. Enter via the staircase. Plastered to the walls surrounding the stairs are numerous signs in no order of size or importance. Inside you will find an obnoxious person full of importance that will query your ability to read.

Was told my delivery would arrive by 5pm on the day I called to check, nothing came, called again was told it would be before 12pm, nothing came, called back was told to wait half an hour waited an hour and a half nothing came, called again was told by 2pm delivery came at 2.30. My package was delivered in a metal box which the driver left and told me to call for pick up, I have tried for 2 days with the phone ringing out for a told of 30 mins, finally someone picked up and they are trying to charge me for the pick up of their property! What a joke!

No matter how desperate you are or need a delivery do not use this company for your business.I have experienced firsthand how terrible this company is over the last 6 weeks. They- have abusive drivers that have left my family and staff in tears- don't care about your goods- are happy to make all their issues your problem at an added cost to you- have management issues from the top down and every person will give you a different story on how they are incapable of helping you.Delays in shipping of 4-5 weeks seem common even when only delivering within a 1km radius of where goods are.Don't expect an apology.Expect to be told to arrange another company to collect your goods from the very place that should be delivering them. After full payment has been made to Hi Trans for delivery. Incomprehensible for a delivery company to be this incompetent at delivering.

Hi Trans are useless, they use dated google maps location as a guild and Unprofessional and less experienced contractors to do their work. I am missing glue all over my job sites and is causing me serious delays.

never on time for the delivery. also found there is no internal communication in between their driver and the office, no matter what driver said to the customer, it won't happen, because the office don't have any record, further more, the office girls are rude to the client. if i could give negative i would.
