First time visiting here for my mother who was required to see Dr John Clifford, who was very patient and friendly. The first visit was fine, we had no issues and understandably we had to wait outside due to social distancing practices that’s recently been put in place.After the initial consultation with the doctor, we lined back up at reception and was given the queue to leave with a wave from a receptionist as they were all busy with phone calls.1-2 hours later, we get a phone call saying we need to pay. Which we expected anyway, but it was unusual that we were told not to do anything else after the consultation. I made the payment, and again no issues.However, as my mother and I returned to see her GP, the doctor said he was told by someone at reception that “we did not provide a Medicare card number and that we just walked out of the clinic”.I don’t know what kind of accusations you are making against my mother and I, but it’s not professional and disgusting that you would discuss your patients details, WHICH IS AGAINST ANY COMPANY’S HEALTHCARE POLICY AND A BREACH IN PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY LAWS (I also work in the healthcare industry, so I am well aware of this). IFirstly, I recall asking my mother for her Medicare card and wrote it down IN FRONT of a receptionist waiting for me to finish filling in the consultation form. And secondly, during the phone call when we were asked to make payment because I recall the lady over the phone saying with Medicare we will get such amount returned.So two people have confirmed and witnessed that we have a valid Medicare card, so why on earth are we being accused of not writing down our Medicare card number? If the system of keeping your patients details and files are flawed, then you really need to get on top of this and rectify it ASAP because thats extremely poor practice especially for a private hospital.

Haven't been at the clinic just calling to cancel and appointment and been trying for more then 4 times within 2 hours and after 20min waiting on line they answer and then putting you on hold, is this clinic serious ?! hope that they did cancel my appointment.Wandering if they treat you same with more dignity on site.Disappointed very disappointed.

If you get referred here, please ask for elsewhere. Terrible aftercare and if you’d like to know more, feel free to contact myself personally as I’d rather not be threatened by staff again with “defamation” for a true account of what happened to me as to protect the “reputation” of doctors who should have known better.

I was a patient referred to Oral Maxillofacial surgery, Kai Lee. His practice manager, Debra I find to be unprofessional in her conduct, poor with communication skills, incoherent and bad- mannered. She was untimely with responding to my queries and me constantly chasing up information. I felt my consultations with Mr. Lee were rushed and this made me feel insignificant. I would suggest to pick another clinic. In hindsight, I would have never had gone to this clinic and definately not with reading everyone else's reviews. You end up frustrated. Don't waste your time. Go to another place!

Debra from reception has very poor customer service and customer interactions. She is argumentative and unprofessional. She has admitting to being at fault of a failed appointment scheduling which never was recorded on the system. Of course when I did show up my appointment was not available as it was booked at an earlier date which was of course passed. I do not recommend any interaction with Debra as it may cause you the frustration with dealing someone as incompetent as her.

Called reception, Debra was great, very quick to handle my inquiry, very clear with instruction, even sighting that I must have been a previous patient from over 10 years ago in their database, very professional. I had absolutely no issues at all. Thank you.

Had a procedure done there 2 months ago, all good. Asked to pay so I did. A month later got a letter telling me to urgently pay and if i did by bank transfer i needed to advise them. (which they didn't tell me i needed to do). Since then i have called everyday to be answered by a automatic voicemail telling me they are busy or closed with no mention of date they are opened. To this day i am trying to contact them only to be met with automatic voicemail. If you're going to be closed for the holidays? at least mention which date you will be back. No email to contact, only a phone call to call, Frustrating to deal with. Needs better communication, states that the place is open today on google 9-5 but is actually closed because i have been met with automatic voicemail over and over again. PLEASE I just want this sorted!!Would not recommend due to the pain of the service. It's actually more painful then the procedure I had.

Receptionist's would have to be the rudest ladies i have ever seen and heard, the way the deal with patience over the phone and in person, not very friendly or welcoming at all.

Debra has excellent Customer Service skills. She is very helpful in everyway. Thank you.

I am so angry about customer service in the Sunshine Private Consulting Rooms in Furlong Road, St Alban. Whenever i make appointment with specialist i have to wait on the phone at least 8 minutes and whenever i talk with them, their behaviours really bad as they yell at me. Today, i have to wait for picking up the phone more than 6 minutes and the lady transferred the phone just said wait" what the hell the service is? and i have to wait more 2 minutes to talk with other lady. Gods
