I initially used this company for my outdoor blinds. Oliver was helpful except i was given false information. I was told that electric roller blinds weren't suitable for my type of veranda and wouldn't work. I specifically told them i wanted minimal gap to stop cats from getting in. Not only were the blinds noisy in the wind by banging on the poles, the blinds ruined my poles by scratching them, there were huge gaps which cats could still get through and were very inconveniet to use. I had multiple guys come out to try fix the issue. They drilled into my tiles to add extra clips which still didnt work. Now im left with holes in my brand new tiles, scratched poles and out of pocket of over $3000. I wish i didnt go through this company to begin with. They could have been honest from the start and said they didnt know how to put electric blinds on my veranda or told me to go elsewhere instead of saying it wouldn't work at all for my type of veranda and to try the manual blinds. Now im left with ruined tiles and scratched poles. I've now found another company who completed the job quickly and promptly. There are no gaps, they look awesome and work great for my veranda. The grey blinds are from this company while the black blinds are from the other company. Im so disappointed that ive now had to pay 2 times for a job which should have been completed once!

We had our zip tracks installed recently and with the latest blast of hot weather they have been amazing. Keeping the deck cool and as a useable space during the heat. Shane was a pleasure to deal with and extremely informative. Dave was great in the office with any questions I had afterwards.The boys James and Laurent did an amazing job installing. They were on time quick and very clean. Great professional job completed. I even enjoyed their great taste of music!Thanks again and will be telling every one I know about them

James and Laurent have just finished our second lot if zip tracks. We absolutely love them and the previously installed blinds inside are still going fantastic. Can't recommend Shane the rales rep and the boys enough.The zip tracks really take the heat out of the sun and makes the back deck an extra room. Wow at last a trade that knows what they are doing completing the installation of our new plantation shutter to perfection. Since our flood in March 2022 we have experienced disappointment after disappointment with repairs from insurance building companies that turned out way below our expectation. Shane and James arrived and restored our faith that there are tradespeople who deliver a great product and in the exact timeframe they promised. Not only did they install beautiful new plantation shutters they also repaired dodgy repair jobs done by the insurance builders to other shutters in the house. Thanks Guys..Best James and Mary

This is the third time we have had Blind Factory awnings installed. It’s always good when a company completely delivers on its promise. Easy to order, great products, well priced, regular updates and confirmations on the timeline from sale to installation and then installed professionally, we were extremely impressed with the process. From Shane the sales consultant through to the expert installation by James and his skilled colleague, it was overall a very good experience.

Excellent service and communication from the staff at the Blind Factory.Measure and installation of both roller blinds and plantation shutters was of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others and will certainly utilise their services and product again. The gentleman that installed our blinds was punctual and a hard worker who left our house clean and tidy and removed all rubbish.

Beautiful curtains and amazing plantation shutters. Great price from Shane with a quick and professional install from James who actually cleaned up after himself! The girls in the office were very helpful and polite.We will be back!
