ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Worst library I've ever been to. The internet DOESNT WORK, 1 page loads for 5 minutes and constantly drops the connection. Screaming children everywhere. Call me old fashioned but I like the quiet shhh" type of libraries. Go to another library

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Community minded with everything you need in a small library which is continuously improving and evolving. I like that there are no kids computers because my child can focus on books. There are toys to borrow and use in the library and educational programs are fantastic! They provide free fruit and a place to rest. I order books on Click and collect. My child has developed a love of books and learning whilst regularly attending this library. She gets stickers for packing away. The staff are always on hand to offer advice and information. This is a very special place.

Helpful staff while the range of books is limited they can be ordered in for you. During the holidays they often have special happenings on.

The best library for me has been Karama library. The staff listen, support and help. As an unemployed person, they make me feel like a person.
