Worst experience. Rude, poor workmanship, poor communication. A 40min job (their estimate), had to pay upfront ($335) ended up taking 6 days due to their incompetence. The iPad now has glue up the sides, it takes hours to charge and then drops power very quickly, the fingerprint touch doesn't work anymore and there's a gap on the side where the screen use to sit flush with the side. All I went in for was a replacement screen!! You can't call them as the phone number listed isn't connected. No idea of customer service and even went as far as to blame me for an issue with the repair and tell me I had no idea about technology. At one point I was even told he was filming me. We ended up getting Centre Management involved. There are plenty more repairers in Westfield that would welcome your business. Avoid this place at all costs!

Wow exceptional service. The staff were very friendly and generous. I got my phone fixed in very short amount of time and it was of quality. Would recommend everyone to go here.

Sometimes things go wrong. The mark of great customer service is how it's all handled.I came to Mobile Palace after having dropped my phone and smashed my screen into oblivion. Not only were the team there happy to fix it on the spot, they also were able to give me a deal as I needed both my front and back glass replaced (which wasn't cheap!).Upon returning home I noticed that my LED notification light and my light sensor were very clearly broken. Came back in two days later to explain the situation. The staff there were more than understanding, and after an assessment of the phone, it was determined that something had broken in the process of replacing the screen. They ordered the part in and replaced it at no extra cost.I'd highly recommend Mobile Palace if you need mobile phone repairs, the staff there are highly knowledgeable and have great customer service.

My husband bought the wrong iPad case for our kids. We return the next day to see if we could swap but they didn’t have what we wanted. And gave varying info as to why. Unfortunately they said no to getting a refund too. I know not required by law but most other retailers will honour these cases. Interpersonal skills and customer service were not there strong points. Advise using the store 10 meters up from them, we have had good experiences there many times.

Came here to get my iPhone screen repaired. Opted for the cheaper screen only for it to stop working after a week. Went back and was asked to pay the difference for the more expensive screen. Fast forward 8 months, screen stops working. They refuse to replace it for free claiming it’s past the warranty.Partners just taken a look inside the phone and seen the screen hasn’t been glued together properly and screen has been attached poorly. Do not go here!

Took my iPhone here for the cracked screen to be replaced. Staff were very friendly and service prompt. Job was completed in 10 minutes while I waited even though it was near closing time, no prearranged booking time was required. After leaving the store I noticed a bright glow in the corner of my screen despite the screen being new and intact - returned the next day and staff were more than reasonable, completely understanding and investigated the problem without any issue and resolved it within about 15minutes. Phone looks like new and works perfect. Would definitely return here. Thanks :)

I came here to get a replacement charging port for my iPad. After a few days I checked in to see how my repair was going. At first I was told it was being worked on, and then another person told me they ordered the wrong part. The correct part was coming from Melbourne so I patiently waited all week. Following up, I was told the part was in still in transit and that they would follow up on the Monday and tell me by noon what the outcome was. I received no call, so when I went to the shop, the person that told me he was going to follow up wasn’t even working that day. The lady told me that the iPad was put back together again for me to take. I can understand that problems arise, but I found the lack of response and poor communication very disappointing. I waited nearly 2 weeks to get the iPad fixed, and then was given my iPad back without even a call to notify me what was going on. I went the another repair place in Miranda and they fixed it in less than 48 hours. Somehow and conveniently the part was in Sydney.
