Clear Out Vacating Services

Super overpriced for what they actually offer. Cleaning the cupboards in my kitchen was classified as an additional charge. I paid over $1,000 for a basic bond clean and was very unimpressed with their execution. Would not recommend.- I received a phone call the morning of the clean to be advised that the kitchen cupboard was not part of the initial quote and would be an extra…ridiculous.

What an amazing job these guys done to the house we were vacating. The house smelt beautiful and clean. Everything was done perfectly and we got our full bond returned so I highly recommend them. From the moment I spoke to Dave his professionalism was evident and he understood the stress of the whole moving process. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay.

Turned up on time, quoted well, had a few unexpected extras to cover but not out of the budget!! They have done a brilliant job!! Very happy with the service!! Will use again for sure!!

Very throrough and professional. Clear pricing and very flexible services. Considerably better than whoever the owner used prior to our moving in at start of lease. Good advice on what was not needed as well as what had to be done - not just trying to bump up the cost, but actually looking to keep cost down.Would recommend 100% to anyone in Gold Coast region for residential professional cleaning.

Dave was very kind and helpful with our bond and carpet cleaning. We needed last minute change of date and they were very accommodating. The house was spotless and the price was reasonable. We definitely would use them again in the future.. thank you Clear out vacating services..
