Captovate

After hearing such good reports I was excited to work with Captovate, but the experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. The consultants didn’t seem to have the level of skill or professionalism that I would have expected. Basic things like the proper approval process was not undertaken despite being advised in the first and subsequent emails, images developed weren’t inclusive and using personas, despite Captovate having developed the personas. Information wasn’t passed on. Replies were not timely. Core information was placed in areas of the website that were difficult to find. I seemed to go around in circles with them and it was exhausting and time consuming. Very disappointing.

Tuan is great to deal with. He has been right there for us, helping develop our site - that probably makes us more difficult clients too. Thanks Tuan and Captovate. Good to see Darwin with service and professionalism rivaling any Australian capital city business.
