We move frequently for business, shift are the best company we have used! They not only moved our family but also completed a commercial move for our business which has a lot of machinery and equipment. In the future they will be the only company we ever use. They are professional, quick, very careful (not even a broken glass) and extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys you made a huge move that much easier.

Best moving experience we have ever had! Over the years, my work has taken me back and forth between Melbourne, Sydney and Byron Bay a number of times. This has always been a stressful experience all round - not just the upheaval for the family, but the physical process off packing and moving has always been very taxing. Daniel and his team have made what can be a trying process as pleasant as could be. The Shift team were efficient, punctual, full of good advice and always upbeat. We can't thank them enough.

Daniel was really easy to deal with and Matt was a fantastic driver. Pick up and delivery were both early and the items were well looked after. I moved from North Geelong to Northern NSW and the rates were good and very happy with my service. I would definitely use this service again

Couldn't fault the guys, they were fantastic. Extremely thorough, punctual and really careful with all of our stuff, packing everything so it was protected and secure. Nearly 2000km from Melbourne to Lismore and not one item was damaged. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We used Shift Removals for a recent move from Victoria to Northern NSW. They were well-priced and easy to deal with over the phone. We were especially happy with the drivers who were punctual and very friendly.When we unpacked after the move, we noticed that a couple of items were missing - a desk frame and a microwave. These had been delivered to another customer by mistake. We spoke to Daniel who accepted full responsibility for this. While the items were not able to be recovered, Daniel was happy to compensate us for their value as an alternative. It was great to have this issue resolved without having to argue over it as you might do with other companies.It's great to see a small business that values their customers. I'd use them to move again.

The guys at Shift worked hard, but they damaged multiple items by not being careless with my furniture.The damages included 2 sections of my grandmothers upright piano. It's timber and heavy so they strapped it onto a trolley, but did not use any padding under the straps which knocked off some timber and cracked another section. Also my timber entertainment unit was pushed along the floor of the truck and the leg came away on the grating. Luckily we seem to have been able to repair this one easily enough. And finally my leather lounges. A couple of decent chunks of my leather lounges have been taken off around the corners.I have sent direct feedback to let Daniel know. The only response I got was thanks for letting me know. No apology or enquiry which I thought was a little unprofessional. Obviously does not care.I can't say whether this was just really bad luck on my part, or if it is a common occurrence. Seeing all these great reviews, perhaps I was just unlucky.Or otherwise perhaps the reviews are good more so for the long haul moves.If it was not for the damages I may have given a 4 star rating. But 1 star due to multiple damages and poor response and lack of care when notified.

Fantastic service and by far the best priced too! Communication with the office arranging the move was super quick and efficient and the delivery guys were professional, friendly and everything arrived in one piece. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We use Shift Removals on a regular basis to transport furniture from Brisbane to Melbourne. They are punctual, reliable and pretty competitively priced. Their drivers are also friendly and easy to deal with, which is a nice change. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
