This company is a shocker !! Before we had a new shower installed we informed the Company that we were planning a future renovation, and confirmed that the shower could be removed and re-installed in the future. Before the installer started, my wife again asked the installer for confirmation that the new shower screen could be removed and reinstalled at the time of a future renovation. We want to renovate now, 6 months later. We called (no answer) left a message and a person called back to advise that Budget screens were once off jobs" that couldn't be removed and reinstalled ! I called Budget head office

Our previous installer closed without notice and Paul stepped in with 24 hours’ notice and really came through! Genuinely nice guy and really passionate about his company and services. Paul has first class presentation and a high level of service that was outstanding. We were so impressed we’ve recommended him to our builder to use! Great job Paul and we can’t thank you enough.

Great after-sales service from Brisbane Budget Shower Screens. After two years from install noticed some water at the base of shower. Promptly they inspected & resolved the issue, which was really just from use, at no charge. Really happy & recommend.
