Kool Kidz Childcare Merrifield

I would describe it as a ‘Family feel’ childcare centre. Damien, Sarah and Ellen assisted with all my concerns whenever I had the mom jitters or if I had any feedback to give them. The educators Loved, nurtured, comforted my little girl and allowed her to grow, learn, explore in a warm and caring environment and fostered love and kindness in her. There is no better feeling in the world than to drop off a happy child anxious to go and pick up one that is energized and excited about the day she has had. Wish you guys much luck and hope the centre grows incredibly:)

Amazing child care facility!Not sure why people had given 1 star or had given a bad review! The educators are trained and very efficient everytime my child is injured or even had a little bump on his head, they were very quick to respond.My son has developed into a happy, friendly, caring boy and has been there since 10 months old.Have had the greatest experience with this child care!

Amazing facility with educators who can certainly put your mind at ease. As a FTM sending my fully breastfed baby to childcare at 11 months was scary. He had never napped without me or taken a bottle. But the educators in the room listened to me, didn’t force my son to do anything he wasn’t ready to and did a fantastic job at keeping me aware of how he was adjusting. We’ve been there a year and a half now and not only do I know my son is cared for, fed well, and learning heaps; I’ve had the privilege of meeting wonderful people and having a good laugh with much of the staff. I believe it’s a place that you get what you put in. Coming in in the morning cheerful, chatting with the staff and asking how their days are goes a long way to establishing strong healthy connections for our children.Highly recommend KoolKidz

incredibly caring staff, they go the extra mile and they want your kids to be happy and healthy.Our son has been there almost a year now and he loves it. we can tell he always learns lots as he comes home with new words and new songs/abilities.the app lets us know what and how much he eats, how many times his nappy is changed and whether it is wet and/or dirty, and when he sleeps/for how long.every day he is there we get notifications of their activities with pictures and descriptions of their activities.the manager and the reception staff always greet us and our child by name with a smile and tell us to have a good day.

I'm very happy that I chose to enrol my daughter to Mickleham Kool Kidz Daycare centre. I appreciate the effort the entire team puts in to cater for all the children.The management and all educators/staff members/chef are all very qualified, professional and friendly and they will always have a smile on their faces!It's so comforting to see that educators are always keeping an eye on my child's safety and ensure that she is happy and entertained while I'm away at work.The centre provides nutritional meals through out the day for the kids.I highly recommended Merrifield Kool Kidz (Mickleham)

Hi,As a parent overall I am really happy with this service.My daughter had wonderful one and half years with them. I was so happy to see her growing with all the skills.Management is always available to discuss any issues any time and wonderful staff ,my girl loved all her teachers and she didn't wanted to leave koolkid that's because she had wonderful time there.Highly recommend this service.Thanks

My child has been attending here for just over 6 months, there was a few teething problems at first but the staff were happy to listen and implement different strategies so that communication was improved and any worries were quickly resolved.The educators that I have met and that are in my child’s room do a truly wonderful job of caring for my child, he did not have much of a routine when he first started and as his parents we were anxious about how hed settle and how we’d(parents and child) all cope with his transition to childcare. The educators have been extremely patient with us talking through our anxieties and giving us reassurance and have always been happy to speak to us on the phone. They have contacted us when he has fallen or been unwell. They have been happy to implement strategies to help him develop a sleep routine that is similar to home.They have taken joy and celebrated any milestones that he has reached and have continued to encourage him.He is happy to go to the educators each morning which as a parent gives me the reassurance that he is happy and settled.The app is wonderful and I wait every day for the pictures to see what he has been up to.

I can honestly confirm that the new management are doing amazing ensuring families always feel at ease and are supported. My baby started when he was 4 months old and as difficult as it was leaving him so young, the staff and management have shown so much effort in settling him comfortably into care that he loves attending. His face brightens up and he is full of smiles as soon as we walk through the doors which is so reassuring.

The educators in the rooms do a good job in making families feel at ease, and children settled in their rooms.Unfortunately, I feel the owner/management do not have the experience, nor the kind nature required to run the service well. I personally felt there was a lack of respect and partnership towards both families (include myself and friends) and their own staff. It's not an environment I wanted my child in.Hopefully as the service grows, so to does those who run it.

Our son has joined this childcare 13 months ago and since then we have been very happy and satisfied of the service that management and friendly staff provide to him.We feel there is an open and friendly environment where everyone is keen to make sure kids receive best education and experience in a safe environment.Highly recommended
