I own a GV80. We enjoy the car as a whole but are consistently let down by the service. This has not been an isolated incident. Working with the concierge team is a major let down - they don't return calls or answer emails. Enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth. It's a new brand so I am sure these things take time but from a company culture point of view it does not appear that anyone at Genesis really cares.

Complaint: I would like to lodge an official complaint against the your Sydney Pitt Street store older male sales consultant as he was extremely rude to my 3 year old son. We went into the store today around 3pm, 19 September 2020, wanting to compare your SUV model to GLE. My husband climbed into the drivers seat with my son in tow, and my son accidentally flicked the windscreen wipers. To which your sales rep shouted loudly ‘Hey!’, startling me. After my husband was seated behind the wheel, the man reached in awkwardly for at least a minute to tune the radio on the mid console. After a while my son said ‘ok’. And your sales rep said ‘don’t you okay me!’. What is this shocking behaviour? I am utterly disgusted at the way your rep acted. It’s not even a matter of ‘sales 101’, where is the human decency?? Appalling.
