Mike and the team there helped me setup my first tank.The shop had a great atmosphere and was well stocked.Mike never tried to sell me things I didn't need.Very honest and knowledgeable.Highly recommended.Keep up the great work guys.

The decoration of their display tanks is a great start for inspiration.They have a huge variety of fish and great staff.There is an abundance of decorative ornaments, logs and corals.Everything is priced and if you need a hand just ask.

Our go to place for our aquarium Wether it's more placos or more koi, or food, the service is brilliant the displays are brilliant and the staff are open for discussion with the kids when they are curious of a certain species.

it's terrible. i spent a lot of money for their shop. when you bought something they never gave to you the invoice or receipt. they will give to you if you request.. i bought the air pump last time, it got burn after 2 days used it... i bring it to them for warranty, they said no receipt no warranty

My husband frequent aquarium (he drags me along) to check out new stock, buy fish, accessories and consult staff on some of our fish tank problems. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good range of freshwater and marina fish. Broad range of aquarium accessories too. Our last purchase has was white clouds and some plants.

If I could leave a minus review I would! All the fish I bought (4) have all died in 48 hours. What a failure of a Christmas present for my brother in law.. I just didn't have time to make it to another aquarium as I live in Liverpool. oh well.. the sad part is my brother in law has 7 tanks in his house and has kept fish for years so obviously the fish were sick

Bought a fancy goldfish and it turned out to be sick. Went back to buy medication and realised the tanks at this place had parasites. Practically sold me a sick fish for 250. Fish ended up dying and my tank is now infested.

I used to come to this aquarium all the time but when I came today with a few questions he told me not to ask him again after the first question in a really rude way. If I was the manager I would have fired him.
