Really happy with my experience. First massage in over 7 years. I was very sore and tense with plenty of knots. I received a full body massage. Muscle soreness was felt after the session and the 2 days following my appointment thanks to DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) but I had the deepest sleep the night of my massage. I was able to fall asleep quickly despite the body feeling sore & my anxiety. 3 days out and I feel great! He done a great job. Great price for the service rendered. Definitely looking forward to booking in regular appointments for sure.

Paul took time to listen to my issues and provided an excellent remedial massage around the areas that needed work. May not be the most sophisticated setup but definitely gets the job done.
