Terrible service and rude.They turn you away at the door with excuses telling you to call up centerlink instead. No effort or care about helping.

Greetings are usually on point, friendly and staff are usually helpful. I have to admit there is one member of staff whom I didnt get the name of, she is very rude and made me feel quite intimated and small. She had a negative attitude and was extremely short/blunt. I expected better customer service from a government service.She definately is a let down to the entire team ar Lilydale Centrelink. I have given 2 stars because of the other team members who were lovely and more than happy to help and provide assistance with a polite and friendly manner.

I have had some trouble with this Centrelink in previous years but in recent time I feel the service has improved greatly.Both times I have visited in the last week have been a pleasant experience. I came to get a problem sorted out with some documentation and the staff were friendly and more than helpful with their explanations and assistance. They were able to book me in for an appointment and had my problem solved in less than 30 minutes. The other great thing is the reduction in waiting time, I remember years ago there would often be upwards of 30 people waiting to be served and it could take hours, but each time I came recently there was only 2-5 people and I was served in under 10 minutes.

I have been about half a dozen times to the Lilydale Centrelink and Medicare Office. Sometimes I have been alone and sometimes with friends. At every visit, staff have been cheerful, respectful and “gentle”. I think they do a great job under difficult circumstances.

We were having trouble with getting IHI. Ms. Mellissa helped us to getting it. Very much appreciated her work. Thank you.

I just wanted to hand in PBS safety net form and was told l had to make an appointment. So frustrating that you can't do it on line.

Service upon entry is always polite and gentle and most staff members are empathetic and helpful, however, one staff member specifically is constantly condescending, rude and unhelpful.With the few unfortunate times I’ve had her I’ve left feeling throughly disrespected, it’s disappointing that this person works among genuine individuals who actually want to help.Honestly waiting two hours just to be sent away with no help at all is extremely unacceptable

They should update there address on the old Centrelink office from Lilydale Market place to John St and the new name is SERVICE AUSTTALIA.Then put a sign outside new office in John St that Centrelink office is now called SERVICE AUSTRALIA.It would save a lot of time hunting around Lilydale for the officeCHEEEEEE!
