Knowledgeable & friendly, responded promptly to my email & phone call(still waiting for a call from the competition,7weeks & counting).Andrew & staff supplied a new cylinder head under quote, everything installed, gaskets & headbolts. X-trail is running like a swiss watch. Can't thank them enough.
