Will not use again. Level of service was always high, however the last time I had a service I was treated poorly, my car was filthy and charged for unnecessary additions that were over priced and did nothing for the car's performance or safety.

Some staff are really rude and not helpful . Not thorough with their service , there was even a time that one part of my car was slightly damaged , when it wasn’t prior to me bringing it there and it even shows in their video that it wasn’t damage at all but I needed to argue with the supervisor about it before it gets fix . Frustrating that’s all I can say . I will never recommend this place and will never ever buy from this dealership again and I told the same to my friends so they recently purchased a Honda car at Blacktown dealership instead of Kingswood .
