Very helpful and quick turn around

I purchased a PreSonus Studio One crossgrade from these guys. A few emails backwards and forwards, evidence of my other DAW purchase and one paypal purchase later, and I had my licence email from them. All this was done within a few hours and the crossgrade price was the best price I've seen. Email communication was clear and concise and I received prompt replies. Great work.

Terrible customer service. Dealt with Chris Mann. I told him about a problem with one of my PreSonus products, and he asked me to post it to him for repairs. I did so, and didn't hear back from him. Sent numerous emails to him over 2 months, all ignored. Then, he posts the product back. In it, there's a sheet of paper that says that everything was tested to be fine, and that I should just get an Australian power supply (I had a European power supply and was using an adapter). I try it out and the problem is still there. No repairs done. I doubt he had even tested it - he probably just opened up the box, saw the European power supply (which isn't an issue, because the unit worked fine with it for many months), and couldn't be bothered doing anything else. That, and the fact that it took him almost 3 months to do so little, infuriates me. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely top notch customer service. Eris 3.5 out of warranty and not working correctly but still a solution offered that was second to none. Thank you Michael and everyone from Link Audio. Definitely recommend!

No response to emails, no support and seems I'm not the only one..

I have had two issues in the past that required me contacting Link audio rather than the shop I purchased my R65's from. Both times Chris has been very prompt and extremely helpful. I'm not sure where all the bad reviews stem from.

Excellent Customer service - I helped with dumb question and helped me resolve my problem.

I had a skipping issue during recording with Pre Sonus Studio One that wasn't buffering related. After multiple exchanges with Pre Sonus support I got nowhere. They eventually just said to contact Australia's local distributor which is Link Audio. I phoned on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Chris. He took the time to walk me through the reasonably complex fix that was required to solve the problem. He also offered to follow up with me the following week if the problem returned. Which it didn't. Basically he did in 15 mins what Pre Sonus couldn't do in several weeks of exchanges!
