Terrible service, totally unhappy with them, filed a complaint about them, apparently I wasn't the only customer to do so.Don't go there l.

Terrible service. Purchased sd card along with phone contract. Could not work out how to use it so firstly tried to ring store 20 plus times over the next few days, they do not answer their phone! Eventually returned to store and staff were of no help, stating every phone was different and to go to the phone shop next door. When they couldn't work it out (but at least tried which ia more than optus) I returned to the optus store who then rang a phone technician at Samsung who also couldnt help and said card may be corrupted. As a result I asked for a refund but the store will NOT refund and instead exchanged which I found pointless if they still couldn't tell me how to use it! Eventually after googling you tube videos and wasting an hour of my time I worked out how to use it. Surely staff would apply themselves to learn how the products they sell actually work. I could literally step into their shoes tomorrow and provide better customer service!

Highly recommended! I was served by a rep called Josh. I was dealing with quite a sensitive/complicated issue and Josh was fantastic from the get go! My issue took a few days to complete and Josh was great at keeping me informed of when things had been processed etc! 10/10

Eman was a great professional (hope you get a better branch) but unfortunately the lady who could not wait a but to get a sale through for her colleague lost a sale for the branch. She made it sound as if they were doing a favour by offering customer service. It's people like these that leave a bitter taste for customers. Luckily the branch at rundle mall facilitated me very well and I got my two phones from them! Thanks, but no thanks !

Was told my Apple Watch would be ready for pick up 2 weeks ago and I’ve tried to call several times with no answer.

It is the worst customer service that I ever had in whole Australia! DYLAN is an ironic seller, making laugh about my questions and requirements. The mananger, Jarvis help us but did anything about his really bad behaviour. Inappropriate and unacceptable!

Terrible after sales service and don't expect getting any help after you buy anything. Sales people are very commission oriented and of no help. I recon people I know to avoid this store and take a few extra minutes to drive somewhere else to save themselves from such bs sales People.

Extremely unpleasant. Shop staff were aggressive andnot at all helpful with my problem. Seemed more interested in denying accountability than helping me find a workable solution. Management creates a 'them and us' culture that assumes all customers are acting fraudulently and hence are particularly aggressive regarding potential privacy abuse issues. I will never go into this shop again and the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth when I think of Optus. Learn a bit about customer service rather than focusing on aggressive sales strategies. Very disappointing!

Store manager may be knowledgeable, but he is so rude! Terrible attitude towards me when I asked him to lower his very loud voice.
