Asian employee with glasses is very rude every single time I go in. All the other staff are lovely. Refuses to respond to you. One time I said Have a good day." He stared at me and said nothing. I said "I said have a good day mate". He said "Yep." Arrogant kid."

Very very bad customer service by Pinal the franchisee. I wish Google had option of -0 star. Very rude and no customer service skills at all. Overcharged us and did not borther explaining us how she calculated the charges. I have been shoping at this 7eleven for quite long time but since the management changed few months back it has become one of the worst places to shop for fuel or any other stuff. I would rather pay 10c more and shop at Coles Express or Ampol. I would request 7 Eleven company to look into the customer service at Berowra outlet before its too late.

If I could give this petrol station a negative star I would. The women’s toilet was filthy beyond imagination and they also use the same loo for men as they had lost the key to it! Would not ever return.

So deceiving . Purchased fuel. And 2 snicker chocolate bars for what I thought was 2 for $6. As per their display. The operator said that none of the chocolates were 2 for $6. I informed the operator that it is so deceiptive.He then followed me to my vehicle and accused me of not paying for chocolates.So outrageous. I'll never go there again.

It's great that they are open 24/7 & that they have amenities...yet the amenities were filthy & you can tell they are not cleaned regularly or properly

To the worker on, on Thursday 15th around 7pm thank you for allowing me to pay 30 minutes after I filled up due to my medical emergency and thank you for offering your help and being patient with me.To the random member of the public filling up his car with petrol thank you so much for your assistance, I could not have assisted my grandfather without possibly dropping him without you, I honestly appreciate everything you done for me and my grand father, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wont accept the 7-11 discount voucher on busy days, they say the scanner isnt working (Australia Day). Always go in and check before filling up. Reported to 7-11 Head office.

Been supporting this shop for 10 years now. My experiences with staff were mainly pleasant until today. Asian male staff with glasses was extremely rude. Had to repeat twice that I needed a bag for the items I bought and he rudely said I heard you". Told him to chill and no need to be rude."

Always friendly staff when calling by heading north to the central coast, petroleum, Krispy Kreme, $1 coffee, always plenty of parking and of course the toilet stop , open 24 hours a must call in when heading up the M1.
