I would like to make a special callout to Ashley. She was a delight to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly, authentic and just a lovely human. She is a credit to MIMCO and should be acknowledged for her outstanding work with customers. She also struct me as pragmatic and a problem solver though initiative. A great store for a mooch around in whilst waiting for a flight. Very conveniently located in Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal. They had plenty of bags, jewellry and accessories on sale when I was in there last week. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I purchased a lovely reduced priced clutch and bracelet.

Everyone loves shopping, when there is a plenty of time at airport before departure. But it's not worth it when the customer service is at it's worst. I believe the lady working on todays date and time does not wants to be there at all. She was super rude to me when I just asked for a particular item.I guess Mimco could not find the right person for a job. There is a lot of people looking for a job with a good customer service experience.
