Absolute rip off!! Towed the car there and even after 2 hours still gave me no diagnosis to what was wrong or any closer to fixing the problem. Yet had the nerve to text me after an hour and a half requesting a payment of $270 lol. No thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere. You can stick it!

I went here purely based on the great reviews below. DO NOT GO HERE, absolute rip off!!Horrible customer service by the mechanic and the receptionist.I had to call the following day to chase up the receipt which they said would be emailed to me shortly after my visit.The mechanic charged me $100 purely just to inspect what the issue was, then charged me to regas the car and charge the plugs, when the issue was concerning the compressor.The receipt that I received did not itemise the $100 amount for inspection either, purely a money grab!!!!Do yourself a favour and don’t fall for this crook!!!

Fast and great service after looking for many places to assist with blue slip inspection for an interstate vehicle. Definitely the place to go if you're from interstate. Amazing and friendly people that also provided extra info on NSW registration.

Needed my window fixed asap - garage is full of junk and didn't want to leave it open overnight. Guys at Total Care Auto saw me with little notice and fixed it quickly despite having a garage full of cars! Explained everything to me very clearly and showed me exactly what they did. Really happy with the service I received and will definitely be returning, thank you!

Had a re-gas and leak test done , after 2 days hissing noise when turning on the aircon and no cold air . Waste of $250 .(Update) did not go back to this shop and found out the issue was a leaking aircon hose . I found a shop that cares about fixing the issue and not ripping off folks on labour time.

If I could’ve put a zero star rating, I would’ve. $135 per hour to “diagnose” a problem. After 90 minutes he called me asking me to pay $270 but he still didn’t know how to fix it. The following day was Good Friday so the car was left until today (Tuesday) The owner wanted a additional $300 on top of the $275 for parking (we couldn’t move the car as the problem wasn’t even diagnosed)This guy is an absolute thief!!. I’m not one to quibble over a service, but this company didn’t even provide one.

I have known Sam for 10 years or so, he did my pink slips. He is not a mechanic that can do service on your car. He seems tidy, but what he is really good at is scamming you. Warning to you, if you let him work in your car, you are likely end up paying him lots for something he does not know how to do and then you will need to get the car repaired elsewhere. This happened to me 3 time. First on Toyota - he diagnosed starter motor replacement. I paid for it he changed it and the. The problem persisted, I had bright the car to him 3 times. After that another mechanic fixed it. Second was my wife VW golf service- he quoted me $750. After 4 weeks I had to take it back as it was liking Lea I g stains. He took an hour and the. Told me I had to leave the car with him. I could spend the time so I took it VW, they told me the fuel filter was not installed correctly and it leaked on to fan belt which go threaded and damaged the bearing. The repair was in cost in thousands. Third my Mercedes’, I took it to him to replace rear break pads, I bough them for him. Simple job, I could do my self, he would staff that up also by not putting some parts on. Called me several days later and asked for me to come back with the car so he would put the parts in. When I brought the car he refused to show me what was done. Only offered to show me picture on the phone. That tipped me in favour to post this post…

Great little mechanical workshop, there are probably a dozen in the vicinity but this is one of the best. Quick, friendly, affordable, always fixes the problem with minimal fuss.

Charged me 200 + 800 dollars just to check" for problems in my car. Ends up not finding anything. Absolute Scam. I brought it to a different mechanic
