I should have listened to the reviews.THEY DO NOT CALIBRATE EQUIPMENT. We took our underground locator in for a re-Calibration. They told us that they would do the job. We payed 290 dollars then found out they only tested the equipment.

If it was possible, I would give this company no stars. I highly would recommend not taking your equipment to this place. They claimed they couldn't calibrate one of our torque wrenchs, even though it was calibrated by them the year before.

I've been coming here for a few years for my company to calibrate spy holiday detectors. They've always been very efficient and this time they were able to accommodate a very fast turnaround time for us which helped us get the equipment back on the job. I rang them to sort out my invoice and they were really helpful over the phone. The calibration certificate looks professional and they provided the testing results too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYExtremely poor customer service.Extremely poor communication.They actually broke my device.A cost of service refund was offered by Sydney Head office.When I went to collect device in Melbourne the refund was recinded.I had to protest and stand in the office till they processed the refund which took an hour.They do not.calibrate equipment.They will only test, and offer a certificate for insurance.

So disorganized. Every experience has been a saga fuelled with delays. Everytime our equipment is sent there is some kind of administrative issue. Unable to locate equipment. Unable to locate purchase orders. Equipment sent to incorrect address and incorrect addressee. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere.
