the financiers they used had no idea the builders went broke the house is cracking in all the walls drains not installed causing storm water to wash away under the foundation never got my calls returned wish I bought an older house and renovated

28/03/2022Roughly 16 months in from signing and we are still waiting for our home to be completed.Update 27/09/2021Well we have the outside of the house completed and windows and doors are fitted. So happy with the design that was put forward. Adrian assisted in selecting a builder and a plan that suited our property and our lifestyle. Covid of course meant a few delays along the way , but we are reaching the end of our build story in the next 4 months or so. I have heard some horror stories where people actually end up hating their new house due to the drama during building. Can quite honestly say that we love our new house already and cant wait to move in.Original PostSo we are at the start of the journey with River Oak. To be fair Adrian has been in my email inbox once every 4 months for the last 2 years or so, with a email just letting us know that when we are ready, he would be happy to help. No pushing or pressure, just ready when you are ready". We started getting a bit more serious around July and he has been a absolute professional in guiding us through the maze of house building so far. We have been going to the site every weekend to see it develop from bush to a place where our new house will stand. Watch this space."

Today we receive the keys to our new home after only a short 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Picking up the phone and getting the ball rolling with RiverOak was one of the best decisions we have made. The support, guidance and communication from Adrian was second to none and we can’t thank him and the process enough. Mike the broker they recommended has been amazing and was with us through every step to the finish line yesterday. Currently building through River Oak at the moment we can not praise Adrian and the team enough with quick response to emails and calls.this is my family’s first ever build and can not speak highly enough of River Oak as they have kept us updated step by step from the start with finance to our current position.
