10/10 for customer service at Jaycar Clarkson. I had a few issues connecting audio to a data projector and Korin and Melissa spent time and patience working it out to get the best result. Thanks guys, very happy customer!

Called up 10 minutes before closing asking about a Multimeter and how they had it so cheep considering the $500 price tags I was seeing online.Top notch bloke helped me out, breaking down the inner workings of all the models and applications I would use them for, gave me a little course on the whole thing. Exactly what I needed. Sharp, strait to the point. efficient. The best customer service I have ever had in my life. Someone is doing something right with this store because I just hung up thinking of how I could repay the guy!

First visit to this store. What a pleasent surprise. I didn't get the assistant's name but the service was excellent and the colourful hair goes with your bubbly personality. 10/10

I had purchased a 45 ltr brass monkey fridge/freezer from road tech marine (sister company) just less than 2 years ago, only used it once on a trip and found the fan a little noisy when i used in a motel. Spoke to Jaycar about having it checked out having not used it for some time and they were more than happy to exchange it for a new one. Pleased to say the exchanged one does sound quieter on testing and more than 100% happy with the service and commited customer exchange experience I had with these guys.Have to give you credit for customer care and satisfaction I was well pleased 10 /10 ......... well done.

Yesterday I came in and for the second time in a row Ky has saved my day. I was in desperate need of a laptop charger immediately and Ky lined up the appropriate charger with the laptop model and saved me a day of huge stress. Mate this is the second time you have swept in like Spiderman and saved my day with your electronic knowledge, customer service and super friendly demeanor. Jaycar this guy has been a fantastic customer service representative and a fine example of stellar communication and a friendly face for your business. I cannot speak highly enough about him.

I've been to JCAR butler twice now, served by the same guy. Sorry didn't get his name but he wears an LED display hat that he made himself that says JCAR". Now that's pretty cool. That's the guy I want to be answering my tech questions. Returned some faulty ear buds (not a problem) and bought a Bluetooth speaker. He even demonstrated how to pair my phone to the speaker so I wasn't struggling when I got home. Really nice

Absolutely wrapped with the service here, the friendly staff were exceptionally helpful on my visit. When I approached them with a request to purchase a $1.25 fuse they gave it to me for free and asked me to tell my friends they are there to help. I felt obliged to at least have a look at what they have in store and ended up buying a battery pack. I will be back to buy a metal detecting wand very soon.When I had a look around I discovered a few cool little gizmos, a few great kids toys and some interesting tools. I’ll definitely be visiting this store again and highly recommend you do too.
