Jim did a great job on my water damaged Laptop, he came out to my work, picked up my laptop and returned it later the same day, very reasonable price considering most other computer shops I spoke with suggested purchasing a new laptop - I couldn't be happier! We will be happy to recommend him to others in the area

So very happy with the work Jim did for us. He arrived soon after the phone call and worked with expertise to identify the problem on the Mac. Once identified he took the Mac away and returned it two days later with updated software and working as new. The next session was held virtually where he solved my husbands imovie issue with skill and precision. Very affordable. Jim is a helpful and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him.Chris

I urgently needed help as I broke my laptop at such an inconvenient time and came across Jim Computer Expert. Jim was great, came out on a Sunday because my PC refused to boot up. He attempted to fix it here, but when the problem turned out to be motherboard related he decided to to it home with him so he could fix it that night. He had it back to me in working order by the next day. A sunday job that he had to take home with him then deliver the next day only cost me $160, Was very impressed.

Jim was here within two hours of my first call to him and there was no surcharge for prompt attention. His work was thorough and faultless. he had to take my PC away late on Friday and returned it on Saturday afternoon, again no surcharge. A very good service.

Jim diagnosed, repaired and upgraded my laptop expertly and efficiently, and his cost was very reasonable coming in at the lower end of the range he quoted.Subsequently he even sorted out a different small problem for me and didn't even charge me for his time!Jim has integrity and clearly has great technical skill and knowledge. I highly recommend his services.I'll definitely be using Jim again if I need help with my computer.

Jim is absolutely incredible! Dont look anywhere else - I did try a few other places to get my screen replaced, and they were all really difficult to get quotes from and very vague about price and time. I contacted Jim, he was straight away upfront about cost and time, and even provided me options regarding the price which was really considerate. He came and picked up my computer straight away, fixed it so fast! It was unbelievable, and then dropped off my perfect as new computer to my house. Absolutely quality work, cheaper than many, fast and absolutely stress free. Thanks Jim! Lifesaver!
