From the moment I spoke to Sam I was filled with confidence. It took a while to finally find the right house to have inspected but once we did, it's been an amazing experience.With only a few days' notice, the house was inspected and a report was delivered in less than a business day! Sam did a great job on inspecting my new home (new to me anyway) in Bairnsdale. He was very thorough and produced a comprehensive report (complete with photos) of his findings within 24hrs of being engaged. With any problems identified, his report also suggested what remedial actions would be necessary, which trade would be required and also the likely outcome if the problem was ignored. Overall, I am more than happy to recommend Sam's services to anyone needing a Building & Pest Inspection.

Sam I thought was an expert in his field , was very easy to deal with , extremely polite, and very helpful with all my queries. He would promptly reply to any building or pest queries. His report was extremely thorough and detailed. I highly recommend using Sam for any building or pest reports/pest maintenance and feel relieved that I can call on him when needed to assist me.
