I had an unpleasant encounter with a rude and abrupt staff member (the skinny guy with glasses). It is the second time that this has happened with the same person. I would never go there again after five years of regular visits to the shop.

I have been in to buy fish plants 4 times and have been told to come back in a couple of days when they get more in. Does not happen!! So not going there again!

Been really good to me. Ive been in 5 times an 5 times happy so year there got way better from when opened ive noticed. An thay have everything for toys an foods for dogs cats an just heaps of beds big shop ext an friendly staff I remember the bloke in there from old kmart I find his really good an helpful an the lady is good to

Really poor customer service unfortunately. More often than not failed to be acknowledged and the staff seem less than enthusiastic to help. At least the range is okay.

I paid $50 for a cat tunnel, what a rip off,it was the Suze of 2 kittens, My older adult cats head and tail was sticking out,It's bloody hopeless so I threw it in the bin, But other than that, all there stuff is great,the staff are very helpful and anything you need for your pets,They got it all

Very Friendly helpful staff who make it a pleasure to shop there.Nice range of Tropical Fish, Very Healthy and at a good price......Highly Recomended too all.............#Update.....15/6/18....was in store yesterday and purchased 3 Mollies too add too my tank.Sadly the Mollies nipped my Bettas tail so badly he died.When I told the lovely staff there what happened they gave me a new Betta for free.Can't recommend this store enough....have purchased more fish and will be getting more still.
