My friends and I had not had such good food at a Mecca's for a long time. The burgers were juicy and tasty and very well made. My coffee was amazing and so was my bacon and cheese tomato toastie I got.

I needed the loo on a long trip home so stopped for a toilet break and coffee. I'm thankful for the loo, but the toilets had run out of loo paper. The coffee tasted good. The cheeseburger took 5 minutes to be served which I think is too long for McDonald's. Also waiting to be served was slow especially when no other customers were there. I think the staff are too relaxed and rely on the self-serve machines. Compared to some McDonald's it was clean, but the tables needed to be wiped down. McDonald's is not exactly cheap any more so they should lift their service standards and have a staff member on duty to keep the seating areas clean and wiped down.

There should be a 0 star. Do your female workers wear hair nets or that also another tragic downside to this generation! Found a hair in my burger and it put me right OFF! Management needs to be more strict with the health of customers. You’ve got too many young staff who want try too hard to “look good” when they’re meant to be giving us a proper service. This is disgusting! So appalled NEVER AGAIN!

Very good customer service here. I ordered a McCafe drink via the app, and after 10 minutes of waiting for it in store, the app completed my order. I asked for my order number at the counter and my drink hadn’t been made. The manager asked for my drink to be made immediately and gave me a cash refund for the mixup. I received my drink quickly. These things happen sometimes and it was handled very well. Thanks for the nice drink & refund!

This location has obviously had renovations and is very clean with well organised seating (with 240v and USB charging at the booths). Outdoor child playground. This restaurant delivers to the table which is not standard to every location yet. The coffee was made by someone who definitely knew what they were doing but the main reason I took the time to write this was the amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh, hot and served quickly.

This Macdonalds is the worst Macdonalds in the Sydney. Their night shift Manager is so so rude with uber eats drivers. I tried to make a complain to her about their service. But she didn’t even considered to listen me and said thank you can leave, cuz I’m a delivery driver. Such shame for the whole Macdonalds company to treat people with discrimination like this. Shame shame Shame

This is the worst McDonald'sWho does not allow delivery drivers to use drive through and the staff behavior is very unprofessional and rude.Save your time and energy also if you have some self respect.. don't deliver for this McDonald's.

Called up for my grandpa and ordered our food on the phone. The number was provided by Google, we didn’t know you couldn’t order on the phone, and we got told to get a life and and go and order online and to get something better to do. We had no intention of fooling around but we got treated poorly and it’s not exceptable. Me and my grandfather will not be ordering from there again

I was very appalled by the quality of service of this McDonald’s. I came through the drive through at 2:00am. I had a big order over $160 dollars. After they told us there was a system update and to wait in the parking lot for ten minutes. After that, It took a whole 17 minutes to take my order. After I had ordered my meal they asked me to wait at the waiting bay. I had waited for over 35 minutes for my food. The employees were slacking off, not in the kitchen until ten minutes after ordering. Finally 35 minutes after I had ordered and waited patiently. I can see my food just sitting there getting cold. I had got my food and told the manager what happened and she had apologised and I had left. I got home and all the food was freezing cold. Nuggets we’re atrocious, I was missing two fries, two Mcchicken meals, and all the sauces I ordered and toppings in my frappes that I paid for. I had over twenty angry guests wanting to eat. And all their food ended up being cold and stale. Disgusted by this service, never again from padstow McDonald’s.
