Must go! Absolutely delicious food, excellent service, worth every dollar you spend. Best steak tartare I've ever had. Busy for a good reason so book.

Al Dente Enoteca Restaurant
This is the second visit to the restaurant as we enjoyed the dessert on the first visit. When it was time to order dessert we were told we have to leave the restaurant in 15 minutes as the booking is only for 2 hours. It was not so on the first visit and this was not made known to us when we booked. We were served quickly, and felt rushed to leave. We mentioned this to the woman who spoke to us when we paid the bill. She came outside with us and assured us that should we decide to eat at the restaurant again, we would be looked after. We tipped 5% on the credit card as the other staff serving us were good. We just hope they received the tip, considering the unethical way we were treated. It's rather unfortunate for the restaurant to have senior staff who do not have people skills as we had a good first visit telling many people about how good it is (particularly the dessert) and would have gone again.

It was a great dining experience but minus one star for not quite meeting my high expectations for their pasta!The pasta was cooked to perfection but the flavours wasn’t the best. The pasta were generally too salty and lacking flavour. I was expecting something more. I wish their signature pasta had more seafood in it too.The entrees were amazing though including their tomato butter which was a special. Beef tartare was my favourite.Friendly staff, nice ambience and simple but clean interior.

Celebrated our anniversary at al dente.The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations.Entree we had the scallops, which were perfectly cooked and had crispy breadcrumbs on top.Kingfish crudo was good.The special pasta of the day truffle spaghetti was delicious and the highlight of the meal.Saffron spaghetti, Moreton Bay bugs, bisque, Warrigal greens was tasty as well.For dessert we had the torta sabiossa which is a plain crumbly cake.

Al Dente brings to you a delicious variety of Italian dishes!Kingfish crudo was not only presented beautifully but tasted fresh and exquisite. But for that price, I would have loved a few more pieces. The portion of the beef tartare was also on the smaller side to the point where I could’ve finished it in 2 bites. But the taste was fantastic. We got the special sourdough with the beef fat and oh my goodness, this was magnificent. Malt butter? Beef fat? Say less. Please do yourself a favor and order this if it’s still on the specials menu!For pasta dishes, the Moreton Bay bug spaghetti was extremely flavourful but again, the portion was too small for that price tag and there was barely any pieces of moreton bay. The boar ragu was also small but the flavor was all there, it was rich and complex.While the dishes were delicious, there were flaws throughout our dining experience. For starters, we were situated in the most awkward table ever - somehow we were right in the middle of the walkway, and we kept getting bumped by staff & customers. The table we were on was extremely small. Because of this, the burrata dish we ordered didn’t fit on our table alongside our other entrees. The staff decided to bring it back out later but eventually forgot. When it came to the mains, there was a huge wait time between both pastas. When the second one finally arrived, they actually brought out the same pasta dish as the first one we had.Whilst the food was good, the small portions and price tag just don't do it for me.

We were a group of 3 dining in for an Xmas Eve birthday dinner for a friend. We tried a sample of entrees (Oysters, Olive Ascolane, Heirloom Beetroot, Beef Tartare), followed with mains (King Ocean Trout, Tortellini Cacio Pepe, Saffron Spaghetti with Moreton Bay bugs) and a side salad. We were full by then but shared a dessert just to try out (Latte E Miele).All the dishes we ordered were honestly very delicious, exceptionally well presented, and of a high fine-dining standard.The service staff were attentive and regularly checked in to ensure we were looked after. The chef also came out to take us through the dessert menu options.Finally, after arriving home, we realised we'd left a bag underneath the table. Despite the restaurant already being closed, they took my phone call. The restaurant was busy hosting a private staff Xmas dinner onsite but the owner allowed us to come in to pick up the bag. Really appreciated that.Would recommend this restaurant if you're after a classy fine-dining experience.

Beautiful food. Everything was prepared with utmost respect of the fine ingredients used throughout the menu.The pasta was unsurprisingly perfect, as the sauces were complex and interesting; i think the price for pasta was well spent. You certainly can't make it like this at home.The staff are lovely! engaging with them was fun and they seem to have a lot of passion for the dining experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! My boyfriend surprised me with a lovely anniversary dinner so he visited the restaurant the week before and talked with the chef for a special request, they were really nice and helped him.i have to say it was perfect, the place is beautiful, the food OMG!! Another level, exquisite! the staff is friendly and gentle they checked every detail, the chef came out to explain almost every dish and make my dinner unique and very special… It was magnificent!!!!! Thank you guys!! <3

My friends and I dined there the other day and we had a fantastic experience. The food is exceptional and is prepared with the utmost care. The staff members are friendly and eager to provide high quality service. The menu has a variety of options and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food. I highly recommend it!
