Quick question DHL - How do you justify charging for next day delivery and then simply give the notification that says 'coming today' for the receiver?This means that customers cannot leave the house ALL DAY and when my delivery was missed, due to being out for 15 minutes to get a coffee, DHL were unable to reach the driver to get them to come back the same day - even though it was barely 15/20 mins after the 'delivery attempt' when I called.So the only option is to rebook for later in the week. Terrible experience for a delivery that was actually needed TODAY.It's unreasonable to say 'coming today' and expect people to be ready for 8 hours for DHL to turn up. Do better.

I regularly get stock imported for overseas suppliers, and I’m in the events industry, so we are always to the wire for events. I am constantly chasing deliveries to ensure the deadline gets met. When I call the help desk, they are helpful and solution-oriented. Yes, you get the occasional unhelpful personnel, which I had someone yesterday which shouldn’t be in customer service assist me. But 9/10 times, you get someone who calls drivers, emails depots and reports back asap once they have info! Excellent service, guys. Keep up the good work :)

DHL managed to get a package out of Ukraine during wartime and to my door quicker than Fedex managed to get a package across Sydney (and Fedex dropped it at a pickup point 20 mins from my house rather than the closer one I choose using their system). This isn’t an exaggeration. Their tracking is great, they pick up parcels when they say they will and they have convenient pick up points.

As part of our business we deal with a huge variety of freight companies. My recent dealings with DHL was beyond anything I have experienced with other companies in the past. Every person I spoke to went above and beyond to help me with my query about a parcel that was being shipped to me. I will be using DHL exclusively now.

A couple of months ago I went into the DHL location at Mascot early morning (just after they opened) to ship a parcel for my sister to the USA. I was assisted by Dani and Miriam and they were both so cheerful, kind and helpful - helped me pack the items into a box perfectly, helped me wrap and secure it. Such a small thing to be kind and helpful and those two ladies put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. DHL Executives - you are so privileged and blessed to have those two ladies as the face of DHL for customers who walk into the Mascot store. Thanks, Dani and Miriam for brightening my day!

I dropped a package off at DHL Mascot which needed to be in Toronto by the following week.The 2 staff members were exceptional, appreciated the urgency and did all they could to assist.Often under -played by Companies is being easy to do business with" -especially with the complexity of international freight. Package arrived ahead of schedule and was thrilled with the DHL service and the great staffMichael Harrington"

I was expecting a parcel today so I worked from home. & at 1pm I received an email saying courier guy came to drop the parcel but no one was home ??? At least 3 family members were home ! It was clearly a lie!! I’m okay with not receiving the parcel but not okay with a lie !!

Friendly and efficient customer service by the staff. Dropped of a return and was in and out in a couple of minutes. Locker pick up option located outside entrance.

Received excellent customer service from Jade & Dave. They went above and beyond so I could receive my parcel before my holiday. They were both really friendly and kind. Thank you!
