Can't wait to get a new kitchen forms rays

Ray's provided us with a Quote on 5/10/21. After accepting the Quote we agreed to purchase a benchtop, floor and tiles and an external door. We advised Ray's when these were done.We were referred to the cabinet designer (Pierre) to finalise the design of the overhead cupboards (which were to include some pull out clothes lines, which we thought was a fairly simple task). After a few discussions with my wife, it must have al beccome too hard. Pierre failed to get back to her, and she heard nothing more! A year has now elapsed and nothing has changed!Obviously Ray's doesn't need our business and we are now left with the materials we purchased in good faith and no prospect of getting the job done in the forseeable future. Disappointed" doesn't adequately describe what we think about this."

I have just had two bathrooms completely replaced by Ray's Bathroom Centre and I could not be happier. Ray and his wife Teresa helped me choose really lovely tiles and fixtures at their showroom. Then Ray and his team (including his very hard-working son) did the job efficiently, on time and on-budget. The results are amazing.Teresa works out a detailed quotation and progress payments are sought as the work goes forward. There are no nasty surprises as with some builders and renovators. All very professional.Friends recommended Ray to me and I'm happy to add my own endorsement.

The owner is very rude and ripps people off be very careful with ray ray hes not what people have said in the reviews they would be his mates posting be aware he will rip you off I'm taking him to court

Fantastic work from the team at Ray's bathroom. Thanks to Nadia and Theresa for the inspiration and patience. Ray (the master craftsman) and Eli worked meticulously and quickly to complete our new bathroom oasis. We would definitely recommend these guys and consider using them in further projects.
