Excellent... Work from our Agent Julie Jennings, would recommend her in a heart beat. Our Agent Julie Jennings from Personalised Realty., was extremely professional, her knowledge and communication with us was of first class as we live in Adelaide, South Australia, we needed an agent that we had to give full and complete trust, she kept us up to date at all times. Julie recommended that we have the house painted through out and up grade the carpets, clean up the garden, which was very good advice as we sold it in two weeks, unfortunately the client couldn't get the funds, but the trust we had in Julie came through and resold the house two weeks later and got $45,000 more than we were hoping for VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. We were pressured by another agent even though we had signed with Julie, we were told by the other agent in the area of our property that we could get out of that contract, we knew that if we did that we would be liable for double commission so anyone else out there be aware of this unethical display of treatment from other agents. They also said that they could get $20,000 more than what our agent could get which Julie proved them wrong, we highly recommend Julie Jennings as an Agent to sell your property.

My wife and I had been planning to sell our investment property around July 2020 then Covid-19 hit in March sending our plans into uncertainty.As we lived intestate and with the state border lockdowns we were unable to commence renovations in preparation for sale. With the help of Denise the property manager at Personalised Realty and Julie Jennings the property sales agent we managed to prepare the house including painting inside and out, restore the garden, replace carpets and major appliances. Denise and Julie carefully inspected, took photos and ensured all works competed were of a high standard ready to place the property on the market in July. They took all the stress and anxiousness out of getting the property ready for sale - highly efficient and very professional.Julie secured a purchaser within a few weeks of advertising despite all the restrictions and barriers she faced due to Covid-19. During preparation for sale, open inspections and the contract process Julie kept us informed at every stage. She was very prompt at returning all our calls, texts and emails and I can attest she afforded any potential purchaser the same service.Julie quickly secured the price we were looking for that had been agreed upon. With her experience, no nonsense, excellent service and communication style, that is sadly lacking with so many agents today, all parties had a great experience and outcome. Julie and the team at Personalised Realty are very trustworthy and true professionals that we can't recommend highly enough for all your realestate needs.
