Nardella have been great to deal with in the 2 and a half years I rented with them. Always responsive to any issues or repairs that need to be done and prompt to answer calls, call back or respond to emails. Sybil and Indi have been fantastic through everything I needed and I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.

Sybil is an amazing property manager. You hear a lot of stories about terrible agencies so I’m thankful that Nardella has been the opposite of that for me. Things get fixed quickly and I feel valued as a tenant, which is awesome.

I have lived in tons of rental properties in 5 different countries and Sybil at Nardella is easily the best property manager I've ever had. I cannot say enough good things about her. Even when we had some fairly serious problems arise (gas leak in the stove during stage 4 lockdown) she immediate got into problem-solver mode. She is great at what she does and it's impossible not to like her.

Fantastic all around. As a tenant with one of Nardella's properties for 2 years, we had no troubles whatsoever and everything went along smoothly. Our property manager Sybil was simply amazing, and we want to say thanks for making our experience one we won't forget! She picks up the phone, organises things in advance, gives us time to make decisions and understands when we have requests etc.Go Nardella! Sad to be leaving!
