I needed panel work on my Nissan Pathfinder and California Smash Repairs did a absolutely beautiful job on my car, they did not miss a thing, and they gave it back to me fully detailed like new. I was referred to this place through my insurance company. Overall I was happy with the service (repair after an accident). The repair they have done was fantastic and good as new. I received weekly SMS updates throughout. The initial booking process was painful and I thought the person over the phone could have explained the repair process a lot better. Thus, avoiding a miscommunication and turning up for an appointment when it wasn’t booked in. I’m usually interstate so had to arrange a family member to drop and collect the car so it was a huge inconvenience. Whoever we saw on the day was very apologetic and managed to organize another appointment for us and it was wrinkle free after that.
