Ocean Park Motel & Holiday Apartments

Neat and clean studios and apartments. Nicely furnished & well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Grounds are well maintained. Pool and guest laundry on-site. Very quiet and in a great location - close to beach, with an easy walk to Coffs Jetty or Park Beach Plaza shops. Recommended.

It is a very nice , comfortable and affordable accommodation in the Coffs harbor. One you cross the road, you will find a very attractive park beach. The accommodation also contains nice bed, pillows and blankets. Fans and air-conditioners are available to cool you on warm days

When the most important thing is to get a good sleep, how can anyone give a good review? I write this at 3:30 am after 5 hours of being kept awake by the most uncomfortable bed ever! The bed is long past its throw away date and although it’s only one room, it makes me call into question like entire establishment and all the rest of those beach front apartments or motels in Coffs Harbour.Yes, the room was clean. Yes, it’s quite roomy for 2 people. Yes, it’s close to the beach. But wow, for $150/night in winter I feel totally ripped off. And it’s not even a question of price, it’s a question of ethics. The owner implicitly purports to provide a service, part of which is “a decent bed”.FAIL.Buy some new beds!Travellers, you have been warned. 2022.

Great stay - beautiful property and excellent location. Long term stay (3 weeks) and it was the perfect home away from home. Rooms so spacious and perfect spot, close to everything. Some things could be better but nothing that can't be worked around, and everyone is so lovely and helpful, especially Susan who did everything to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you to the team for helping us check in after 12 midnight (I literally had to wake them up in the middle of the night). This is even though they had sent to me very clear advice on what to do if I arrive after the front desk operating hours. Really appreciate it.We were in a 2 bedroom units. The rooms are large, airy and absolutely clean with all what is needed to stay with a family.The only thing I want to call out is that there is no AC in the bedrooms. It was not at all an issue as the weather was great. However, I am not sure how it will be on a very warm/humid night.Overall, great experience, value for money.

Ocean park motel is in a great spot and our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The shower however was pathetic with a tiny spray and no pressure and due to us being in the front apartment we had significant noise both nights of our stay. Pub and bottlo across the road meant drunk people walking past all night and general road noise with passing cars and stopping starting of engines. Perhaps that was just a symptom of holidays. If we were to stay again it would be in a different apartment.

The room was clean, but very dated and could some wood trim replacement as some was rotted out. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms nicely made up. All of the plugs in the master suite couldn't hold our wall adapter in, it kept sliding out. We had to pin it in with our luggage, and we haven't had this issue at the 5 other places we have stayed so far.Parking is provided onsite, just make sure you have a small vehicle as it is very, very tight.We only stayed one night, so I really can't speak to the service. But there was no reception, we had to phone the after hours number and they provided a code for us to get the key, which was ok.

A fabulous place to stay right on the beach - scrupulously clean, lovely linen and comfy beds, parking right outside the door, and close to the pub and a good cafe. Room comes with a kitchenette too. And the surrounding gardens provide such a lovely feel to the place! We were there on a Friday night and despite being across the road from the pub, it was as quiet as! Thank you so much - will definitely book with Ocean Park Motel on our return to Coffs!

It was a pleasure staying here as a family of three. The best motel I've stayed at! Lovely decor, clean and fresh, and plenty of space - even in the bathroom! We'll be back whenever we are in Coffs.
