Ace Body Corporate Consulting

This Body corporate has left our property uncared for, for an extremely long period of time. I have owned my property for 3 months and they have not sent a gardener out, the weeds are years overgrown and we have a fence that is completely missing and needs replacing - apparently getting quotes takes months possibly years. I have called and emailed many many times and my queries go completely unanswered. This is a terrible Body Corporate and I would NOT recommend.

I have had the opportunity and pleasure of working alongside the Ace Team from Baeside, in particular Katherine and Recbecca over the past 2 years, becoming more aquiented during the height of the pandemic and during a highly stressful moment in which Katheirne stood out in the manner in which she went above and beyod for residents who found themselve in forced lockdown for 2 weeks with more than an hour or 2 of notice.As the contractors on a large residential complex, taking care of the facilities caretaking and maintenance side of things, I have had nothing but positive experiences, in every interaction. Both Katherine OCM and Rebecca Assistant OCM work tirelessly to resolve and manage the daily battles and joys of managing a complex site with multiple buildings all with their own OCCs.Always professional, friendly and diligent, Katherine has demonstrated great industry knowledge too. With over 20+ years working and dealing with many Owner’s Corporation Management and Facilities Management companies, this Team at Ace Body Corporate Consultants is one I can refer and have recommended without hesitation numerous times.

Never available on the phone, do not return calls, do not reply to emails, very high staff turnover and generally poor knowledge of my property and its issues. I've had so many property managers responsible" for my owners corporation management over the last few years and with each new staff all knowledge is lost. I waste so much time trying to deal with this company. I am actively looking for an alternative and do not recommend."

Stay well clear they may have localised offices however finances operate out of Sydney with zero care factor of the customer. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service or support if I could’ve given a zero rating I would have.

The team at ACE were a great support when we need some overnight, it was much appreciated! Great intuition on getting help for us as soon as they read our message the next day.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. High staff turnover, never answer calls or emails, incompetent staff that have no idea how to manage a property. Due to ACE incompetence they have let our property down and now there is cost implications for us owners to fix all the issues, defects and pay higher insurance premiums as a result. They have no problem issuing invoices but can’t even pick up the phone for a general query. You should be ashamed of yourselves. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

No representation or inspection on site at my unit in mordialloc for4 years ,high staff turnover, they take your money and do nothing for it .wish I new how to change body corp companies,On the day of the agm i received notification in the mail of changes to the format of the meeting ,incompetentce at its worst ,Steer clear !

Really heard to get anything done. I mean we had mice running through both buildings in Elwood and it took years of owners reporting and getting no where. Even when we put a lot of our effort in making it a priority we still had to chase them and still took weeks just to pay the contractor so they can commence.This was one of many issues. But anything to do with Ace was an extreme pain, super glad we ended the contract by paying them off.

By far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. There is no accountability or care from the top down. Staff are rude and combative when you finally get lucky enough to speak to someone on the phone.Staff turnaround is quicker than their response rates to emails. It's convenient for them to do nothing and use the 'oh I'm just helping out, I'm not looking after the property' excuse.I have no idea how they are still in business the way they treat their customers.Stay away!Owners/GM/management should be ashamed of themselves.

Just .Dont.Bother.Calls not returnedEmails take up to 6 months to returnNo advice when change of Manager occurs.AGM now around 10months late.The only communication that was prompt was fee collection.If the review could show no stars thats what Ace Body Corporate would have got
