Booked for mobile roadworthy turned up late with no call to advise eta had to chase them up. Did roady, there were issues to fix on vehicle which was no problem. When we fixed them, booked an appointment had taken time off work only to be sent a sms to say can't come today. I called and rebooked for the next business day @ 8am (more time off work). When didn't turn up by 9 i called, no answer no return call. Tried again and the same happened. Used my daughter's phone to call and got a call straight back then listened to excuses all day about why they hadn't come. Each call the story changed a little bit which just reiterated to me that i was being lied to. Got another company to come who turned up on time and funnily enough found a major safety issue that wasn't picked up my these guys. I will never use them again. A business course may be a good idea. Funnily enough I only stumbled on these reviews and it looks like I am not the only person who had this sort of experience.

I am lost of world for the kind of service we received from Andrew. Very professional, genuine and honest guy.I am from Brisbane and bought a van in Cairns. I needed urgent inspection and RWC for the van. Even though he was very busy that day but he still took time out of his schedule considering my request. He even went above and beyond to do the thorough inspection upon my request but still did not charge me a cent extra...where in this world you can find a mechanic like this....HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEMDED. Biggest waste of time, always late, will try and rip you off. Haven't got the right tools to carry out the work, make out they know what they are doing.Alot better companys out than this one.
