Chris and Susanne did an amazing job at restoring and resizing my grandmother’s 60-year-old wedding ring. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Susanne sat me down, got my finger measurements, explained the process of what would happen and gave me her honest opinion on the price of restoration. Chris did an amazing job in restoring the ring itself, it looks like a new ring with all the engravings still intact. Thank you so much Underwood Jewellers, I’ll be recommending you for a long time.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Susanne and Chris restored my wife’s grandmothers sapphire ring, over 70 years old. They did a wonderful job restoring the lustre, the colour, and everything about the ring, as well as providing fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Susanne and Chris are lovely people who care about what they do and they care about their customers. Underwood Jewellers are the best jewellers I know!

The customer service was amazing, they (in detail) explained how they would fix my necklace and how much it would cost. Chris is really great. I showed him my engagement ring and his first mock up for a matching wedding band was exactly what I had in mind! We didn't end up using that design as Chris advised us of some potential issues long term, but he gave us some other ideas and ended up with a beautiful personalised wedding band that fits so well with my engagement ring. They're also able to store the rings and provide complimentary cleaning before the wedding day! Very happy with the service
