Supply and Installation of the product was very fast. They are very easy to deal with. We are very happy with our ducted air conditioning system. It was not an easy install but they did a great job. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful experience. Aircon was ordered with delivery expected up to 10 days for something within a few hours driving distance. There was no consignment number or tracking order (according to them) and the delivery was lost" at or in the warehouse. I never got an explanation if the order was actually filled and left the warehouse. Got the complete run-around by the these clowns to just keep waiting for something to arrive - even though they had no idea of its whereabouts.Ended up buying somewhere else and their refunds process is a complete shambles too. They claim it takes up to 14 business days to process a refund

The team here did an outstanding job with my installing of 3x indoor ACs and 1x outdoor unit.From quoting, to delivery, to install the process was as painless as it could be. Everyone I dealt with showed incredible care and had respect for the work they do, and it shows.The job was difficult from the beginning (because of the placement from the unit to the bedrooms), but the end result is very clean and something I am extremely happy with.Thank you, team; you went above and beyond my expectations and I can only be grateful for the impressive work you did.

Absolutely would not recommend, one of the worst warranty experiences I've ever had.I recently purchased three Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems at a cost of nearly $3000. The units were picked up at Air Conditioning Online' shed in Mt Kuring-gai (which was in a shambles when I got there, not a great sign), tightly strapped to a ute, and driven up the freeway to Newcastle. The next day, an installer put two of the units in but when the first unit (installed in my bedroom) was fired up, the outdoor unit made a terrible grinding/buzzing noise. The installer removed the casing and the internals were all over the place; the compressor was on an angle, the fan bracket bent, etc etc. His opinion was that the unit had been dropped from high above onto it's' back, he couldn't think of any other way this could happen. We ended up leaving the unit installed as it operated fine (no leaks or anything) and there were a few days of hot weather forecast.The noise made the unit literally unusable, especially when trying to sleep... I ran the unit on the first night after installing and it was so loud (even through the brick wall) that I couldn't sleep. The next day my neighbours complained about the noise. I'm a shift worker and had this installed specifically so I could sleep in the heat, so the unit was completely useless.I contacted Air Conditioning Online who immediately claimed that the installer was responsible because he had continued installing the unit after noticing that one of the feet was slightly bent (the only obvious external damage), and told me that Mitsubishi wouldn't honour the factory warranty - even though this was clearly something that had happened after the unit left the factory. They claimed that there was 'nothing they could do' and that my only option was to buy a new outdoor unit.I contacted Mitsubishi warranty who were fantastic; they laughed at this claim of the bent foot voiding the warranty, as bent feet on outdoor units are apparently a very common occurrence... they first attempted to mediate the situation for me but called me the next day to advise that Air Conditioning Online had claimed the unit was delivered in good condition (even though the damage was all internal so neither they nor I could have known the unit was damaged at the time of purchase) and they were completely unwilling to co-operate. I got very concerned at this point, but they told me they would try to work it out. At one point I said something along the lines of This isn't really Mitsubishi's problem

Aircon online were prompt, clear with pickup instructions and the product was as described. Good company, good service.

Fast delivery to WA, 4days a few weeks before xmas. Everything was delivered, nothing missing. Great communication.
