Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars in otherwise is a great place to get certain speciality cooking elements and usually has polite customer service. My issue is with a slender fellow whom has served me with complete disrespectful nature for the second time in a matter of 2 weeks ( today being the second instance ). He may want to pull his head in as I treat people with the same courtesy and respect I expect to be treated with. Not ever have I been spoken to in such a manner of what this piece of excretion treated me. If he does it again he is going to have a very bad day. Management may want to upskill this guy before I do.
