I bought my property through Jason 4 years ago. From the get-go I felt he was different from other sales agents. He was genuine, not at all pushy, helpful (gave advice on how to increase the value of each property he showed me) and honest (a rarity in this industry!). I kept in touch with him re the market. I even asked him to pick up a pool cleaner from Aldi for the property as I live interstate, and he kindly did so. On selling, he advised on improvements to increase the sales price. I felt he quoted a realistic selling price. He found a buyer off market 2 days later, selling it at a fantastic price!! . I couldn't be happier! I hadn't even made the improvements yet. He regularly updated me during the sales process, which ran smoothly. I could not recommend Jason highly enough, for both your buying and selling needs! Thank you so very much.
