We would just like to say a rather large thank you to Bay Pools and Spas for our wonderful pool, we couldn't be happier with the end result.The Team that undertook this were simply fantastic from Kev who initially ran through the best pool and auxiliary equipment options that met our needs and wants, Neil who organised the project on the ground, Grayden who did a remarkable job of actually installing the pool itself, Adam who completed the amazing paving work you see in the pictures through to Tracey who was constantly following up to ensure everything was being done as planned and there weren't any dramas.It certainly wasn't the best time to be installing a pool as everyone in Perth seemed to have had the same idea at the same time. Whilst there were some challenges during the process, which is to be expected with a project of that size, they were always navigated in a friendly and professional manner with a minimum of fuss.Overall an awesome experience from an awesome Team, thank you Bay Pools and Spas, we love the end result! Let me simply add in closing that I would definitely recommend them if you're looking at putting in a pool.

Pool was installed about a month before Christmas, awesome team, great knowledge, always willing to help or answer questions. Bob cat Brad and Brayden installed the pool quicker than expected, unbelievable, started digging in the morning, pool was in that night, next day was connecting, filling water and sand edges. Pool Equipment Brad came around after and talked through everything. Water testing at the shop the ladies are fantastic, go home with a page saying exactly what to do for adjustments.

Had a pool, paving and fencing done by Bay Pools & Spas. All the subcontractors we dealt with were awesome. The installers, the pavers, the electricians and fencing installer.Bay Pools and Spas itself were rude, arrogant and bullish. Their contractors earned them this 3 star review instead of my original 1.

We are first time pool owners and working with Bay Pools & Spas has been an absolute pleasure. Our pool was installed during their busiest time ie just before Christmas and every team member was knowledgeable and professional and made us feel special through the whole installation process. Only go with these guys for you pool or spa needs. Amazing from start to finish! Special thank you to Denise who was so supportive and communication was outstanding! Also not forgetting Grayden who did our dig for pool, what a great experience and not stressful at all! Grayden was great. The whole team at bay pools and spas are honest, consistent and helpful. Hi there,I just wanted to say a massive heart felt thank you to your company for the service provided on the removal of our old pool and installation of our new one.The Laguna is beautiful and although we are waiting on pavers to finish the yard we are thrilled with how it looks already.Everyone in the team has made this process run very smoothly but we cannot give enough praise to Graydon who worked like a machine from start to finish, it was fascinating to watch the whole procedure.Many thanks to you all, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking to install a pool.Kind regards Loren and Neil Slingsby.

would highly recommend this company, they beat all other prices by a long way (including the company we had been using for the last 8 years) to replace all equipment including a robot cleaner after our pool was refurbished. Then installed it all in the purchase price which others quoted extra.The installers did a fabulous job, very neat workmanship & so friendly, thanks Guys
